Our Machinery

Bajaj Bearings are manufactured from Bearing Steel Grade SAE 52100 (as per International Standard) i.e. Cup, Cone and Rollers are made from Material SAE 52100 Steel is used for manufacturing bearings & In some product, we use Nylon Cage For Extra Life, In Regular Product Cage Material used is CRC Cold, Bearing Races and Rollers are hardened and tempered with 62± 2 HRC. The Inspections is carried out with highly sophisticated computerized instruments to ensure smooth running of Bearings & Bearing’s components are checked with strict Quality Specifications and Stringent Quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and long life of bearings. The bearing races and rollers are passed through honing process to achieve excellent surface finish with Modern Technologies and Skilled workforce.

The Bajaj Bearings Private Limited, has a full-fledged in- house production unit that is equipped with latest machineries and with latest labe quipments. Our production unit maintains impeccable quality while manufacturing the products and is sufficient to meet urgent and bulk orders with ease. The unit works in uninterrupted and smooth way throughout the production phase.

Our production unit has backing of power supply, which can handle long electricity cuts and can perform to the best of its capacity. The production line runs under the supervision of experienced engineers and trained professionals. All the machines and equipment incorporated in production unit are made from genuine raw material and are highly durable.

All equipment and technology we use in our Production Facility are thoroughly tested and verified under high production conditions. Our company has the capability to offer customized and stock packaging solutions in order to perfectly suit most stringent as well as aesthetically challenging needs of several industries. The company holds expertise in manufacturing printed & laminated packaging films in rolls-stock. Our company has several certification for developing top notch quality packaging pouches and bags, which includes Agmark Company approved and ISO 9001: 2015 certified company.

Packaging and Delivery

Since the Beginning our sole purpose is Quality Perfection & we used to clean bearings inner & outer races & components. We use UltraSonic Cleaning Machine.
