We manufacture single row cylindrical roller bearing,
which has rollers with cage that are guided on one of the bearing rings.
This bearing ring with integral flanges and the other roller and cage
assembly can be withdrawn from the other ring. This allows easy mounting and
dismounting. These single row cylindrical bearings have high radial load
carrying capacity and high speed. EC type bearings have larger load carrying
capacity.

- Two integral flanges on the outer ring & one on the inner
- Two integral flanges on the outer ring, one integral and one
loose on the inner

The double row bearings that we offer incorporate maximum number of
rollers. It has low sectional height as compared to the width. This allows
very high load bearing capacity, which makes them suitable for very high
radial loads. These rollers are in direct contact with each other and slide
against each other while rolling. They have an angular groove for
lubrication. Different types of double roller bearings can be availed from
us, where each type differ in the number of flanges in the outer ring.
We at Bajaj Bearings manufacture crossed cylindrical
bearings. The inner & outer rings have raceways that are inclined at an
angle of 45 °. It has a larger diameter when compared to its length.
The crossed cylindrical bearings have a stiff bearing arrangements and are
suitable for carrying very heavy loads. These bearings require minimum space
and can accommodate radial,axial and moment loads. They have a normal
tolerance level. Their surface finish maximizes lubricant film formation and
optimize rolling motion of the rollers.

- Dimensions - As per the ISO recommendations
- Allowable misalignment- Designed to adjust to limited angular
misalignments. The elastic deformation in the crossed cylindrical
type is very less due to large number of rollers and line of contact
between them.

Although values vary, allowable misalignments have been set as
follows:
- Bearing width series 0 or 1 : 0.0001 rad (3.5')
- Bearing width series 2 : 0.0005 rad (1.5')
- Double row cylindrical roller bearings : 0.0005 rad (1.5')
